Tini Time Club — Terms of Use

1) Overview

Tini Time Club (“App”) is operated by Hope Media House (“we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms govern your use of the App and related websites. By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

2) Eligibility & Responsible Use

• You must be of the legal drinking age in your jurisdiction to use the App.
• Do not use the App while driving or in situations where distraction could cause harm.
• We do not sell or serve alcohol.

3) Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use: support@hopemediahouse.com.

4) User Content & Acceptable Use

You may post reviews, photos, comments, and other content (“User Content”). You agree not to post content that is illegal, abusive, hateful, harassing, defamatory, pornographic, spam, or that violates others’ rights. We may remove content and/or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

5) License to User Content

You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute your User Content for the purpose of operating, improving, and promoting the App.

6) Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and other IP displayed in the App (including “Tini Time Club”) are owned by Hope Media House or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.

7) Third-Party Services

The App may link to or integrate third-party services (e.g., maps, photo storage, analytics). We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.

8) Location, Camera, and Notifications

Features like nearby discovery, photo uploads, and alerts require permissions (Location, Photos/Camera, Notifications). You can change permissions in iOS Settings. Some features may not work without them.

9) Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties to the extent permitted by law, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee accuracy of listings, reviews, maps, or availability.

10) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hope Media House will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue.

11) Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Hope Media House and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or your User Content.

12) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for any reason, including breach of these Terms or misuse of the App. You may stop using the App at any time.

13) Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted at the URL above, with a new effective date. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.

14) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Venue and jurisdiction lie with the courts located in British Columbia, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
